Carlos M. Gutierrez, former U.S. Secretary of Commerce, said China and the U.S. should cooperate on new technologies, which would be one of the biggest breakthroughs in the world.
He made the statements while attending the 2024 Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference, scheduled for March 26 to 29 in Boao of south China’s Hainan Province.
