Chinese President Xi Jinping kicked off his U.S. state visit on Wednesday afternoon.
U.S. President Donald Trump greeted Xi in person at the airport and held a grand welcome ceremony there with a 21-gun salute, a military flyover and the playing of national anthems of the two countries.
